Spend a little more money and buy something a more user friendly and less bulky.
Quality is made cheap with this.

I bought this for travel to England and France. It worked great. I used the converter for my shaver and battery charger. Since, both of my item were less than 50 watts, I set it the converter to 50W. The adapter plugs were really handy for charging my iPod and laptop which didn't require a voltage converter. This item works great as long as you use it correctly. I would recommend this product to others.

Bought this for a trip to Ireland. Thought I needed it for a hair dryer. As it turned out, I only used it to charge a camera battery.
Plugged it in for one night on the 50W setting, everything looked normal and the battery was charging. The next morning the converter was dead. Couldn't tell whether or how much the batter actually charged. The converter never worked again.
Absolute trash.
